Premier League Next Round Preview
The excitement is on an all time high as both ends of the table are still open, as this season promises to go down to the wire.
The Tigers will play hosts to Stoke City, whose admirable performances have them sitting in a pretty position, and a draw in this encounter could potentially assure the survival. The visitors will go into this game with a lot of confidence, as they have a good record against their opponents. However, the relegation battle can be funny sometimes, and the hosts could rise up to the occasion as they did earlier in the season.
Liverpool will face off with West Ham United at the Boleyn ground, and should they emerge triumphant in this game, all eyes will be cast on the derby game between the two halves of Manchester. Old Trafford will be the place that this rivalry will be settled. A win here will do a great deal of good for City, who will be hoping to sign some big names at the end of this season, while the Red Devils will want to avoid a hiccup that could put the Merseysiders at the top of the table.
Elsewhere at the Emirates Stadium, Chelsea will be paying a visit to take their Champions League frustration out on the Gunners, who might have some of their own pent up anger to vent on the pitch. Neither team will gain anything significant out of a victory, but both clubs have a lot of pride, and will undoubtedly want to finish the season on a positive note.
