Adebayor To Stay With Gunners

Emmanuel Adebayor has come under the spotlight in recent times, since he has been publicly acknowledged as a probable reinforcement to Italian giants AC Milan. The club from the peninsula has been chasing a host of forwards in order to boost their strike force, and players like Luis Fabiano, Peter Crouch, as well as Klaas Jan Huntelaar.
Prior to being linked with the aforementioned players, the Rossoneri were looking to sign Edin Dzeko from Wolfsburg, but the Bundesliga club decided that their striker was not for sale, and Milan were forced to look elsewhere. They reportedly made an offer for the Brazil international, but the bid appears to have been rejected by Sevilla. As Huntelaar and Crouch appear to be tertiary targets, it would mean that the Togo international would be the next player that the Diavolo would turn to in their time of need.
According to the latest rumours that are doing the rounds, the San Siro outfit are believed to be offering cash plus Mathieu Flamini in return for Adebayor. However, Stephane Courbis, who is a representative of the forward, has reportedly said that the situation remains the same, and that his client wishes to remain at the Emirates.
