Burnley return to the top flight after an absence of 33-years, and will hope to begin their campaign by taking three points off their opponents – ironically, the ones that they will hope to emulate.

The Potters defied all the odds by surviving last season with relative ease, and will want to begin their sophomore season as a team that has improvement as its cornerstone.

Burnley have been making some good signings during the summer, and have strengthened their side since their ascent into the Premier League. They will fancy their chances against Tony Pulis’ side.
