Thierry Henry Apology on his Twitter Page

Thierry Henry last night said “..what can I do..” in reference to the handball incident that led to Gallas goal against Ireland. Trappaoni today commented -  “It wasn’t up to Henry to say, ‘I touched it with my hand’” . With that in mind we remember about FIFA and their fair play rules – Where are they now..

According to Henry’s Twitter page – 11 Hours ago , the cheating frenchman said:

Im not the referee indeed, and we are thankful for that. A man who blatently handles the ball at this level of Football , should hold his head in Shame.

We also noticed ealier today that the Thierry Henry Wikipedia page had been defaced by an angry visitor , savy enogh to figure out Wikipedia’s markup – In big red letters “You cheating c**t…” or words to those effect! However the guys at Wikipedia have silenced the millions and his page is now restricted for editing:

Anyway – we wait for the FIFA response the the Irish FA ( FAI ) and their chairman , John Delaney had given an emotional press conference today in which he asked them to consider this carefully as the game has been seriously brough into dis-repute:

“Conclusive video evidence of a clear handball by Thierry Henry which led to France’s additional time goal has been seen by millions of football fans worldwide.

“The handball was recognised by the FIFA commissioner, the referee observer and the match officials, as well as by the player himself.”
