Children First For Health – Lets get Fit with GOSH!
I’ll admit -as a kid , I loved to kick a ball around but i was never any good.. Getting older only meant my left and right feet grew into two left feet and so my soccer skills waned! I played rugby as a youngster and under my first scrum , got claustrophobic and had to get out!
Many kids have different reasons for not getting involved in sport and it might be as simple as ..”im just not good at it”.. Well – we all know that sport keeps you fit and sport can be anything from kicking a ball to taking a run!
The Gurus at Great Ormond Street Childrens hospital have come up with a cool web site for all ! It covers Juniors ,Kids , Teens and of course a section for parents to learn more!
The websites themselves have some great tips and tricks and lots more to help all you kids out there! The more sport you get involved in , the healthier you’ll get ! Take it from us Gurus at goalpost.tv – It doesnt take much to stay in shape – But you gotta stick with it !
