Saturday Football features Chelsea, Liverpool, Spurs and more…

It is Saturday again and an evening of some great Premier League action. Starting the proceedings are Tottenham going to Birmingham City. The hosts are low after a beating from Chelsea but The Spurs are also shaky right now. They are aiming for some smart signings after talks of Jamie O Hara and David Bentley leaving them. Spurs would have the edge over the blues.

Aston Villa go visiting to Fulham and would like to consolidate on their hosts bad form. It has been a wobbly time for Fulham since the start of the season and Villa would surely be the favorites. After splitting points with Arsenal mid week, they would be high after holding them.

Hull and Wolverhampton will be heads up in a battle of relegation. After sharing points with Liverpool, Wolves did manage to jump out of relegation but danger still looms large. Hull have faced a series of bad matches and the most likely result seems to be a draw.

Liverpool without Torres and an unfit Gerrard will host Bolton. Bolton have had some morale boosting after Owen Coyle taking over and are high on confidence. With The Kops not in their best form currently, Bolton might eye some chances. It has also been disclosed that Ryan Babel will not be sold as the transfer window closes on Monday.

West Ham will play hosts to Blackburn while Wigan will be visited by Everton. Everton are on a roll and will have a clean sweep despite being away from home while West Ham might pull off something on home advantage.

Chelsea will be going to Burnley in the last match of the day . With Didier Drogba back after his international outing, Chelsea will be hoping for better strength. Brian Laws hasn’t had a very good start to his managerial career and would love a win over the league leaders.
