Never forget the 96 – #jft96 #ynwa Justice will be served.
I was never at the Football Stadium in Sheffield , in fact I probably wouldn’t be very familiar with it name except that Hillsborough Stadium will be forever ingrained on the memorys of so many.
More so the family’s and friends of the 96 football fans who perished on that day.
Did they die in a car crash?
Did they die in an industrial mishap?
Did they cross the road not to see a bus?
No they didn’t – it was no accident. It was a tragedy as big as 9/11 and lest we not forget that. Millions in fans go I thousands of games and they get home again. This was not an accidental death had by 96 and hopefully for families this will be shown by release of a report today.
This report is an extensive research of over 400,000 documents from over 80 organisations. It’s led by a Bishop and includes experts from every field.
I hope today those fans in the clouds can rest in peace .
YNWA
When you walk through a storm
Hold your head up high
And don’t be afraid of the dark
At the end of the storm
Is a golden sky
And the sweet silver song of the lark
Walk on through the wind
Walk on through the rain
Though your dreams be tossed and blown
Walk on walk on with hope in your heart
And you’ll never walk alone
You’ll never walk alone
When you walk through a storm
Hold your head up high
And don’t be afraid of the dark
At the end of the storm
Is a golden sky
And the sweet silver song of the lark
Walk on through the wind
Walk on through the rain
Though your dreams be tossed and blown
Walk on walk on with hope in your heart
And you’ll never walk alone
You’ll never walk
You’ll never walk
You’ll never walk alone.
