Marcus Hahnemann is bringing the bam home. America’s favourite fleshy-metal netkeeper is returning to his town Seattle Sounders, the spot where he began his professional callingeighteentwelvemonths ago.

Seattle acquired the II-time World Cup man – who signed a contract with Major League Soccer on Friday and returned to the league via the allotment procedure – by obtaining Toronto FC's spot atop the allotments rankings in exchange for a conditional outline selection. Hahnemann had been without a club since his release from Everton FC in May.
